Obtaining a Domain name to be recognised on the Web, either your company name or an agreed upon name that represents the type of work carried out by your company, .co.uk, .com etc. (While the cost of the service to obtain your 'Domain Name' is included in the package, the cost to the 3rd party Web hosting company where your site will physically reside will be added to the overall cost. Typically this is around £2.50 for a Domain Name and approximately £15 for the hosting of the site for a 1 year period).
Design a 4+ page Web site according to your brief. The Homepage should be an introduction to your site and to your business with the text content to include relevant work related 'keywords', also to incorporate company logo, literature, photos etc. It is preferable that your logo, images, and text body be E-mailed to Qsquare, and the progress of your site can viewed through the Login area of our site. All of the details for your site can be tailored to your needs, adding extra page’s as required, and to include design ideas, metaphors you may already have in use elsewhere.
Whilst we will proof-read all sites, it is the client's responsibility to check the content of the site and to send any corrections to us while the site is held on our servers before going live. It is also the responsibility of the client to obtain any permission required to use photographs or other content that may be subject to copyright law on their website.
Your site will be regularly submitted to all the major search engine’s enhancing your likelihood of appearing in the first 3 pages of a returned search.
We provide continued E-mail support after your site is launched including analysing the Web Server logs where your site is hosted to check statistics, performance, and to see if the site can be optimised in any way.
