In 2020 planning permission was obtained from the Mayor of London following a 'call in' to take over decision making from the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The scheme included circa 270 homes, a new pet hospital and commercial space within buildings up to 17 storeys as part of the wider regeneration of Abbey Wood.
