Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent was granted in 2015 for the demolition of two large existing office buildings and the construction of a new development comprising circa 140 new homes and commercial floorspace. The site is located within the Isleworth Riverside Conservation Area, the buffer zone of the Kew Botanical Gardens and a number of listed buildings. The consented development has now been delivered on site.
